The &circus planning dashboard, rebuilt with demo data

A style can look healthy on average while one size in one colour has already sold out. This system looks beneath the averages, across 26 styles and 2,300+ SKUs.

1

Every SKU, walked up and down

From style to colour or print to size and back up, turning SKU demand into a fabric purchase in kilograms, allowing for piece weights and dyeing loss.

2

Cover you can act on

For each SKU: current stock, days of cover, adjusted days of cover, sell-through, demand and the restock needed.

3

Live from Unicommerce

Inventory synced from Unicommerce, with orders, historical sales, channel performance, stock history and exportable planning reports.

4

Sales view

Orders, average order value, cash on delivery share, and channel and payment mix.

5

Planning view

A stock health ring for healthy, at risk, out of stock and dead stock, with net restock, average cover, and fabric and greige planning.

The app is private, so the screens here are rebuilt in its own look with made-up numbers. The scale, 26 styles and 2,300+ SKUs, is real.

Healthy, at risk, out of stock and dead stock, in one ring.

4 of 4

From demand to kilograms

One SKU rolls up into the fabric to buy, allowing for piece weights and dyeing loss.
